Returns & Refund
Returns & Exchanges are subject to following-
1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
2. The return shipment to be borne by the customer.
3. The products are to be sent back to Vasansi Jaipur's online office (not to any of our retail stores).
4. Upon receiving the returned goods the amount gets converted into store credit which can be utilized anytime within six months of issue.
5. In case of a Exchange too, we offer a store credit instead of product replacement.
6. Return or Exchange intimation should be given to us within 3 days of receiving the products.
