RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges are subject to following-
1. The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
2. The return shipment to be borne by the customer.
3. Return Request for any returns or exchange should be filed in our ReturnCentre within 3 days of receiving the products
4. The products are to be sent back to Vasansi Jaipur's online office (not to any of our retail stores), using the return label.
5. Upon receiving the returned goods the amount gets converted into store credit which can be utilized anytime within six months of issue.
6. In case of a Exchange too a store credit is offered instead of product replacement for a quicker streamlined process.
7. Returns and exchange aren't applicable on discounted/sale products.
8. All delivery times our calculated as working days i.e. excluding weekends, public holidays and lockdown scenarios.
9. Orders once placed can not be canceled.
10. Our cancellation policy strictly states 'no cancellation' for made-to-order products.
